Jin Hyuk (Song Seung Hun) is really a genius neurosurgeon with a cold and severe mindset in his interactions with people due to his individual pursuit of perfection. through a mysterious power, Jin Hyuk finds himself transported back to year 1860 (Joseon dynasty Period). He begins getting rid of people there, but the loss of necessary implements and rudimentary medical understanding of the period forces him to look for new ways to guide the sick. Through this particular challenging process, Jin Hyuk eventually becomes an authentic doctor.
